Pre-sales questions
Before payment, you may voluntarily leave one specific question. We collect your name, who the identity is for, the problem you want to solve and the contact used to receive our response. This information is used only to provide one human perspective and reply. It does not require your full history and does not replace the private post-payment brief.
Private post-payment brief
After payment is confirmed, the website creates a random, time-limited private brief for that order. Information you submit—including your name, role, business, evidence, intended first impression, selected private visual directions, exclusions, follow-up contact and other project details—is stored with the order for confirmation, revision communication, delivery and support. The follow-up contact is required and is not published in the final work; contact details intended for public display are collected in a separate optional field.
Lightweight analytics
Only after you choose “Allow analytics” may the site store non-identifying referral, page and button-interaction data in this browser. Choosing “Necessary only” prevents this recording.
Use boundaries
We process only information you choose to provide and that is necessary to scope, deliver and support the project. We do not sell client information or publish it as a case study without permission, and the private project contact is not placed in the finished identity.
Payment and service providers
Payment providers such as PayPal process account and payment information under their own terms. This website stores only the order identifiers, status, currency, amount and other limited information needed to fulfil the order. It does not collect or store card numbers or payment passwords. Pages marked SANDBOX are for testing only and do not create a real charge.
Correction, deletion and feedback
You may request correction or deletion of submitted information through the project contact used in the subsequent delivery conversation, except where transaction records must be retained by law. Privacy questions may also be raised through the person who shared this page.
